A message from our founder

What I hold onto is the attitude of Yoshida Shoin, the 19th-century teacher who called his students friends and learned alongside them.

Every job site has problems only the people working there can see, and skills built up over many years. We listen to them, keep learning ourselves, and answer with technology.

We follow changes in technology and improve the work in front of us, one step at a time. Through that work, we want to create a future where everyone in this industry can find their next opportunity and live well.
