~ Bringing Generative AI to the Field with Proprietary AI Models, Voice Technology, and AI Agents ~
AIM Inc. (Headquarters: Tokyo, CEO: Mizuki Marumo, hereinafter referred to as "AIM"), a company specializing in AI contract development and system development, exhibited at the "DX Comprehensive EXPO [Spring] 2025" held at Makuhari Messe from Tuesday, February 26 to Thursday, February 28, 2025.

Under the theme of "AI Usable in the Field," AIM showcased exhibits focusing on the following three technological areas. Many visitors stopped by our booth, and we received significant feedback and inquiries regarding the implementation of generative AI.

1. Proprietary AI Models

We have independently developed compact LLMs tailored to industry-specific and field-oriented applications. These models aim to deliver results through continuous learning to address common industrial challenges.

2. Voice Interfaces (Speech Recognition and Automatic Summarization)

By converting spoken instructions and conversations into text and summaries in real-time, we enable the automation of meeting minutes creation, reporting tasks, and field record-keeping. During the demonstration, the experience of "transforming voices from the field directly into data" garnered significant attention.

3. AI Agents for Operational Efficiency

AIM's AI agents, developed and provided by us, support a series of actions such as retrieving information and creating reports through natural language conversations. During implementation, we design business scenarios and knowledge bases tailored to specific use cases, enabling AI to handle "consistent decision-making, analysis, and responses" that anyone can replicate.

Future Outlook

AIM is accelerating the social implementation of AI agents that fit seamlessly into various business operations. We custom-develop and provide conversational AI agents optimized for industries and job roles, such as "information retrieval," "business assistants," "sales analysis," and "internal FAQ support." Moving forward, we will strengthen our support for tailored implementations that address the specific challenges of each company.

Transforming the potential of generative AI into "usable forms" at the operational level—this is the bridge we aim to build. We will continue to expand AI agents rooted in the field.
